* Please do not bring junk, old tires, old appliances or furniture as they will not be accepted.
* Bring your consignments in early for a choice spot in the sale.
* No vehicle will be sold without the title being in the auction company’s possession upon consignment.
* There will be two or three auction rings operating simultaneously.
* We reserve the right to sell the smaller items in groups.
* TERMS: Cash or check in full day of sale.
NO CONSIGNMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED SALE DAY!
There will be a BUYER’S FEE added to the winning Bid on each item to determine its final sale price.

$2,000 – $2,999.99 – $15.00
$1,000 – $1,999.99 – $10.00
$500 – $999.99 – $5.00
Below $500.00 $3.00
SELLER’S FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
MINIMUM COMMISSION $8.00 – any item up to $40.00
20% on any item $40.01 – $100.00
10% on any item $100.01 – $199.99
6% on any item $200.00 or over
